Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the chair and place all components, including the original manual and tools, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
